Open concept island style Kaua'i vacation rental with private covered lanai and gorgeous golf course and ocean views on the 15th hole of the Makai Golf Course.
This condo is comfortable, it is not updated.
Enjoy making dinner with beautiful views from the kitchen, the kitchen cabinets are newly refurbished.. Then enjoy ocean views while dining or while relaxing in the living room or on the covered lanai where you will see dolphins, whales in season (December through May) and Albatross nesting February through July.
The upstairs master suite is an open space with a sitting room and bathroom. The second bedroom is downstairs with sliding doors for privacy.
Accommodation includes, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, CD player, linens, towels and fully equipped kitchen, a great place to stay!

  House is fine, location is great (40 acre lawn for star gazing). Internet was often too slow or out, cell signal weak. So perfect to get away from work. Decent restaurant across the lawn (golf course). Could use more comfortable chairs but we were not there to hang out at the house.

  The condo was clean and nice layout, upstairs a bit warm even tho November, but ok for my Texas blood. Kitchen well equipped for cooking, but need to buy all the basics, including salt and olive oil type stuff (thanks to covid).. Not set up for TV viewing or streaming if that is a priority. Good location for North Kauai. We had a great time.

  We had a wonderful Kauai vacation and loved the condo! The location was perfect - quiet yet close enough to the action. The beach and picnic gear (thank you for the sunbrella, too!) perfected our stay. The coffee grinder and full-size bath products wowed us! We loved reading the welcome book - a pen to add to the story would be suggested. Best part was the view and finally seeing nene on our vacation. We would stay again!

  We loved the condo. It had ample room to be comfortable and have privacy. The upstairs room had a TV and reading area with a lanai . The trade winds kept the condo cool. The view out the patio was beautiful of the ocean The upstairs windows looks out at the beautiful NaPali. The kitchen was well stocked with cook wear. There were beach towels, beach toys, a cooler and cold bags to use.

  Perfect location and base camp for all of our Kauai adventures. Loved the back patio right next to the golf course and the constant visits from Nene, roosters, hens and chicks. We called the upstairs 'the suite' as it is private and expansive. Downstairs has nice bedroom/bath, well equipped kitchen/entertainment center and comfy furniture. Awesome rental!

  It was fantastic! The condo was beautiful inside, very open, bright with lots of nice art and pictures. We really enjoyed the outside porch with beautiful flowers and being able to just walk out to the cliff side to view the ocean and mountains. The natural air circulation in the house was impressive. The visits from the local chickens and kitty made the kids very happy. Very quite and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.

  We loved the accommodations at this property. The only real thing that was difficult was cooling the property. There was no AC. The unit had several ceiling fans and portable fans which helped with the cooling.
  The unit was fully stocked with beach equipment. All the appliances seem to work well.

  A wonderful, relaxing retreat. Comfortable, quiet, beautiful view with spectacular ocean and golf course views of the sunrise. Lovely tradewinds to keep everything cool. Lots of windows and natural light. Large lanai with lots of room to sit and lounge. Well equipped kitchen. Only small drawback was figuring out some light switches and bathroom shower. Very friendly, helpful, professional management team. Easy, convenient parking. Pool is a bit small, but location is very close to a number of great beaches. Lovely resort community.

  We very much enjoyed our vacation in this townhouse. It was a lovely home with personal belongings of the owners which made it more special. The kitchen was wonderfully well equipped. It is on two levels with a sitting room and one bedroom on the second level - this allows for two separate spaces which is lovely.
