This house is a great property for a family or large group with its three separate master bedrooms and private bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room are spacious and well-stocked. There are games and books for the kids and adults. A Gas BBQ grill for family BBQ time!

There is a beautiful jog walk path along the golf course to the Princeville shopping center, Princeville park play ground, and even to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay in Princeville for beach access.
The house is equipped as a home away from home and rental ready. This home has all the basics needed to have a great beach vacation on the beautiful north shore of Kauai.

  To our amazement, we returned to the same rental we stayed in in 2008...though no one realized it until we actually arrived. Paint, furniture, etc had changed...but it was the same home. We all felt very comfortable!

  Perfect stay. We were so grateful for such a comfortable, spacious and well stocked home. We had everything we needed. Great communication with the property manager, relaxing neighborhood which was located within walking distance of Hideaway Beach, Queen's Bath and Puu Poa beach, which often are difficult to find parking.   We enjoyed our stay very much in Princeville. The house was very spacious for 6 adults and we loved there were buttery avocados from the neighbors. Well there were a lot of things that we loved! To name a few-the closeness of watching the sun set over Hanalei Bay, the snorkeling at Sealodge Beach and the layout of the house. The property manager provided a coffee grinder when we didn't find one. Great customer service. We had an amazing time and we have many lovely memories of our time on the Garden Isle.

  This house was great for my family of 3 adult couples. It has 3 master suites which was really nice. The view to the golf course behind the house is really lovely and the house is just a quick drive to Hanalei bay. It seemed to have everything we needed and the large kitchen helped when we were all making homemade personal pizzas! The property manager Lori was super communicative and helped me out in understanding what we needed to do to get to Hawaii during COVID times.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this Liholiho home. We traveled with our kids (age 1 & 3 years old) so having a single level house was good. And I was grateful for the high chair, pack'n' play, and a nightlight in the bathroom that were already there in the house for us. The kitchen was great and had plenty of soap and trash bags for our visit.
  Unfortunately there was no hot tub which we had seen in the photos. But other than that the pictures were accurate. This home is really spacious! The rooms are big, the closets were enormous. ( 2 master suites on one side of the home. The other side of the home had the kitchen, a hallway with a bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom.)
  The garage had a nice supply of boogie boards and some sand toys for the kids to use. We found a cooler and even ice packs in the freezer.
  We stayed in jan/feb so we did not need ac all. The nights were cool and there were plenty of fans.

  We loved the location on the golf course and closeness to the St. Regis, and Princeville Center. The living areas were set up well and the bedrooms were very nice. For getting together in the evenings with our entire family of 8 it was perfect! We played monopoly three evenings in a row and had dinner at your lovely dining room table twice. There was good cross ventilation, which was a blessing! The ceiling fans were enhanced by the standing fans. The black fan needs to be dusted. We appreciated the extra towels and beach towels. Beach chairs would have been a nice addition.
  The refrigerator's lower grate came off a couple of times showing a very dirty underneath. The main bathroom could use another towel bar. Those are our only complaints other than the fan needing cleaning.
  Thank you for having vases, gardeners were around the neighborhood and let us glean from their cuttings!
  The washer & dryer were much appreciated as was the dishwasher!
  Oh, the front porch and front patio need weeding or to be hit with a weed killer spray.

  My wife and I stayed here for 4 days of our week on Kauai, and absolutely loved it. It was very well equipped, and very well located. Whenever we go on vacation, we do a lot of hiking, kayaking, and other outdoor type activities, so this was a perfect spot to base from. Also, we love to cook at home some nights even on vacation, and the kitchen was very well stocked. I would highly recommend the property, and hope to find it open for my own renting needs in the future.

  We stayed at the Liholiho Road house for a family vacation in January 2018. We were a family group of five adults and one infant. Arriving late at night from a long flight to Kauai, we found that everything ready and waiting for us. This home is very spacious, has three large bedrooms with private baths for each bedroom which was really a bonus. The house is very spacious, tons of room for everyone, very large well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes, pots and pans, etc. In the double garage we found beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, an umbrella, everything we needed for days at the beach. In addition, there are two lanais, a smaller one at the front of the house, and the larger main lanai at the back looking out onto the golf course with a mountain view... very lovely to wake up with your coffee in the morning. The home was well suited to our needs, everyone had their own private space to relax in, as well as lots of room to come together in the main living areas. It is a short drive to the grocery store, as it would be too far to walk. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and we met some of the nice people in the neighborhood. Everyone in our group was very happy with the house, and our stay was very pleasant and without troubles. Lori from Oceanfront was so helpful and kind, taking care of any requests or questions we had before and during our stay. Suggestions for making it even better would be: put an extra blanket in each bedroom for those who want to be warmer; replace/update the glassware in the kitchen; a bit more décor would add to the warmth and loveliness of the home. We would definitely recommend this home to others, as were very comfortable and happy here in our home away from home and it suited our needs very well.
