  This is simply an outstanding property and an excellent value. Unit was clean, updated, well-appointed with all the necessities, and true in appearance per the photos on VRBO. My wife and I loved it. The views are spectacular! It's also situated in one of the most upscale areas of Kauai - Princeville, with a wonderful fitness path, golf course, and manicured grounds. Plenty of conveniences, and dining and beach options close by in Hanalei (10 minute drive west), and Kilauea (15 minute drive east). Could not be happier with our selection. Lori at Princeville Vacations (property management company) is very helpful and communicates promptly. You'll see that this property books early, so don't hesitate to book your reservation!

  This was a wonderful location and a very well laid out apartment. The view from the back patio was amazing and better than the picture. The only problem is how sound travels from your neighbors. We were lucky because we did not have anyone above us for most of our stay, but when they are there you hear everything. But it is still a place we would rent again.

  Directions were good as we got there after dark. We had noisy upstairs neighbors come in late one night so consider that when booking a bottom floor. But we enjoyed the walk out to the grass. Bathroom is compact, but very useable. There was a water leak issue and mgmt was very attentive. They had nice beach chairs and cooler which we used to go to nearby beaches.

  Two small concerns you should address. Mold on ceiling in shower forming. Hard to avoid with humidity but needs addressing between guests.
  Second, I had to literally scrub the pots & pans before I could use them. Frying pans had burned on food inside and out. Other dish ware, glasses and cups were spotless. More than adequate supply of towels too.

  We loved our stay at Pali Ke Kua. The Princeville resort area it is located in has got to be some of the best and most beautiful real estate in north Kauai. And this particular unit is one of a few with this fantastic view.
  The unit is the ground level unit, and we did have a family staying above us, and could hear them quite well. Nice people, but could hear just about everything. The convenience of this unit and the view made up for any noise from our neighbors though!
  We absolutely loved sitting on the lanai in the morning and enjoying the beautiful expanse of ocean and then enjoyed the evening sunset - stunning!
  
  The unit it spacious and equipped with pretty much anything you’d need, including beach towels and other beach items. There is also a pool, but we were too busy exploring Kauai or enjoying the lanai to ever make it to the pool.
  
  Stores and restaurants are nearby, as is the St. Regis Princeville Hotel (May be called something when?) which is a short beautiful walk. It has a very nice public beach (all beaches are public).
  
  We highly recommend this condo for your stay in Kauai. Not many places where you can sit and enjoy your nearly private, incredible beautiful ocean view!
