The recently updated interior features a beautifully remodeled kitchen with quartzite countertops. A split-level floorplan separates the living spaces from the two generous bedroom suites—one on each floor—making the layout ideal for both everyday living and hosting guests. Open-beam ceilings enhance the spacious feeling throughout, while the absence of units above or below adds to the private atmosphere.

From the covered patio, enjoy views of the mountains, waterfalls, and gardens across an expansive lawn. The condo is fully furnished, full equipped kitchen with a washer/ dryer, dishwasher, and microwave.

Enjoy access to the swimming pool, hot tub, and a private paved path leading to Hideaways beach (the paved path is open to Pali Ke Kua guests and residents only, there are no lifeguards on duty). Stroll around the resort to the nearby ocean bluff, it provides a front-row seat to winter whale watching and unforgettable summer sunsets overlooking Bali Hai.

Convenient dining options include Hideaway’s Pizza Pub on-site, with additional restaurants just a short walk away at the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay and Hanalei Bay Resort. The Makai Tennis and Golf facility is easily accessed via the Princeville Resort Community multi-use path, which also connects to the Princeville Shopping Center.

    Our stay in Princeville at the Pali Ke Kua unit #8 was top notch! From first contact and throughout our stay, Lori was available via phone call or text and always responsive and so kind. It was obvious by the communication as well as all the little details in the condo that there was a lot of love and care put into it. Although there is no AC, there were ample fans placed throughout so we could enjoy a fresh tropical breeze at all times. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient and the condo was easy to find with parking right out front. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to stay in Princeville.
