The beautiful remodel features Quartzite counters. All new cabinets, Kitchen Aid stainless steel oven and dishwasher, along with a Café refrigerator. Beautiful new tile flooring, all new furniture, and furnishings.

It has a comfortable lanai with a Charbroil electric grill & captures the beauty of Kauai's North shore in all of its splendor.
The views from the condo are spectacular!
And a paved foot path outside the unit leads to a private beach great for snorkeling and viewing spectacular views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. Fine restaurants, golf, hiking. surfing, swimming. boating, snorkeling, and many other recreational activities are just minutes away. Wireless internet.
Pali Ke Kua, one of Princeville’s premier resorts, is located on the ocean bluff overlooking Hideaways Beach, Hanalei Bay and the famous Bali Hai. The resort has amazing ocean and Bali Hai views.

Pali Ke Kua Resort has a completely renovated pool area that is gorgeous! The new pool and jacuzzi are both very large with plenty of areas to relax and sunbathe or enjoy some shade.

Pali Ke Kua has a private, paved path down to Hideaways Beach. This section of Hideaways Beach is difficult to access except by this path and is therefore fairly secluded. It’s is known for incredible swimming, surfing and is considered to be one of the best snorkeling spots in Hawaii, please be advised there is no Life Guard on Duty, winter swells are for experienced surfers only!

Onsite Restaurant - Hideaways Pizza Pub. You will enjoy the convenience of Pali Ke Kua’s onsite restaurant, Hideaways Pizza Pub. The fully renovated restaurant has a great atmosphere. Great views with an expanse of large windows overlooking the newly renovated pool area, Hideaways Pizza Pub has become a favorite of locals and visitors. The food reviews are very positive. Our guests enjoy the great pizza, wonderful salads (try the kale), really good selection of beers and large screen TV or you can enjoy take out. The staff is friendly and the service is typically pretty quick.

Pali Ke Kua Resort is located in the heart of Princeville, Hawaii, close to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, Princeville Center, Hanalei, Makai Golf Club, shopping, dining and many amazing beaches.

Pali Ke Kua #110 has recently been remodeled with high quality materials and furnishings. The unit is well stocked and comfortable. The view is probably one of the best in the resort. We have stayed at several units within Pali Ke Kua, and most were very nice, but this unit is a step up in quality. We also appreciated Lori Patch (Princeville Vacations)! She is awesome to deal with!!!! Can't wait to return to this little slice of heaven on earth.

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Princeville. The home is very nicely updated and conveniently provides every amenity you could need (beach gear and towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfy bed!). Although there is no AC, we barely noticed; the breeze and the fans did a great job of keeping us cool. The view from the porch is lovely and we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. Highly recommend and we'd love to return!

Great stay. Condo was exactly as described. The view is better than the photos indicate. Also, my favorite beach on Kauai, Hideaways Beach, is walkable around the point from the beach at the bottom of the concrete path just to the right of this unit. This condo at Pali Ke Kua has been recently remodeled and is very updated as if brand new. This is the best condo that I saw while on the island for two people. The rate is a little more than some of the others however it is worth it Very clean.

This was our second stay here and it speaks a lot that we wanted to stay here a second time! We were just here in May 2023 and we knew we had to come back. Home renovations just finished last month, I believe, and we loved all of the new updates! Even the beach chairs and beach towels were new! Literally everything is brand new and made it feel very luxurious.

The Vacation Rental in Princeville was fantastic. The location on the island was perfect as was the condo itself. The condo had all the amenities we needed and was exceptionally clean. It was perfectly located for exploring the North side of the island. We would definitely stay there again. Directions and communication on everything from how to get there, how to get in, and things to do in the area were great!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a very convenient and beautiful location. The views are stunning. The bed is very comfortable. The only negatives were my husband and I felt the kitchen was not very well stocked with glasses, mugs, etc. and the beach towels are small and flimsy. Also, we did not have functioning washing machine. We were notified the day before arriving that it was broken and another was ordered. We know sometimes these things cannot be helped.

This location was literally perfect. Great amenities and awesome views. We had a very comfortable stay and was top notch. Only couple small housekeeping issues; bathroom cabinet door hinge was broken, bedroom was missing smoke detector, and clothes dryer does not auto shut off so have to monitor it or will just keep running ( which might be dangerous). Would definitely stay there again or recommend to someone.

Cozy, clean, comfortable space with amazing views and access to a fabulous little private beach! I would definitely stay here again. There were beach chairs and a small cooler, all of which were appreciated. The kitchen has most items but no supplies, so you need to provide your own (like oil, salt/pepper etc). It was nice to see coffee filters there. I think having simple non perishable items there (or leaving them for the next guest) would’ve been nice. The washing machine and dryer (and laundry soap) were also much appreciated. Lori, from management, was accessible and responsive to questions. The location is fabulous for accessing the many beaches of the north coast, and the shuttle to the Na Pali trail. I never tired of the sound of the waves crashing or the beautiful views.

The location of this condo is unbeatable. The views are outstanding! The condo itself has been updated in places (flooring and part of the kitchen)but other places are in need of updating. For instance, the bathroom needs to be updated desperately. The shower is in bad shape. The bedroom is terrific, the bed is extremely comfortable and the air movement in there is wonderful. I would definitely stay here again because of the location. The management company was extremely easy to work with and accommodating. Also, the pool area is great! Lastly, the grounds are beautifully maintained.

We had a great time in 110 Pali ke kua. The view was outstanding and the location on the north shore was very convenient to many outstanding beaches. Unit 110 had a great view but it is time for some updating. The granite in the kitchen was nice but the cupboards are very old . There is a dishwasher that gets used often because of the shortage of plates cutlery and wine glasses. The carpet is old and worn. If you can overlook these deficiencies, you’ll have a great time.

Where do I begin....The condo was exactly as I expected it, nice & clean, with an AMAZING VIEW!
WIFI was a little bit of a struggle, but went into the local town(Princeville)each day & used it there.
Spent two days down by the beach(in front of our condo)which was so nice! Steep walkway down, but worth it all. The beach isn't busy & lots of shady spots to relax with a good book & cooler of snacks. Thank you for providing the cooler & chairs! You might think about replacing a couple of the chairs. One was broken & 2 were really rusty, but we put the beach towels over them & away we went.
I would totally recommend a couple staying here. We were here to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary & we absolutely loved it. We are already talking about coming back & staying here again.

Very good internet speed. Never got either of the TVs to work and there was no instruction sheet with relevant information - other than a phone number to call the cable company.
There needs to be a grab bar to enable safe access to the bath tub/shower.
Despite the more recently installed granite kitchen counter tops, the cabinetry is showing its age (55) in appearance and functionality.

The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed for a week long visit; plenty of towels, adequate bed covers, pillows, etc., and a couple of beach chairs for guest use. The unit could use new drapes as the current ones are pretty much gone due to sun rot. We would return to stay again in a heartbeat! Great value for the price!

Loved our condo at Pali Ke Kua. Amazing view, quite complex, with good facilities. Beach is rocky not great for swimming or little kids. Can snorkel, SUP, or surf, but no body surfing or playing in waves as it breaks too far out. Appliances are dated, but functional and saves you money on eating out and laundry. Parking is easy and close to units. Need bug spray as we referred to area as 'mosquito coast'. Overall for cost this complex/unit is ideal!! Would book again in a heartbeat!!!

Had a very nice time at Pali Ke Kua #110 - it was close to all the north shore activities - clean and well stocked and equipped. Loved the path down below to Hideaways. The pool area was clean and hot tub helped ease the sore muscles after a long hike. Condo's wi-fi was extremely helpful in keeping in touch with the kids back home.

This condo and location was one of the very best rentals we have stayed at. We have been to Hawaii seven times in the past 8 years and our first visit to Kauai. Mandy was excellent to work with to book the rental and it's just as described and shown in the photos. We especially enjoyed the quiet location, the spectacular sunsets, the pool, and the beach access. We snorkeled several times at the Pali Ke Kua beach (Hideway Beach)that is accessible from the condo and saw lots of fish and several turtles. We appreciated the new patio furniture that was very recently updated from the online photos. The weather was wonderful and we used the beautifully maintained pool every afternoon at the end of the day. The landscaping at the condo is beautiful and well maintained by very friendly staff. We enjoyed this location and condo so much that we didn't travel much around the island because it was so relaxing to hang out here. We hiked or went for a long walk every day in the morning and this location provides great access for some spectacular walks/hikes - don't miss a walk down to the old Hanalei Club Med location that no longer exists. It's a beautiful walk with some spectacular views. We went on a dinner cruise with Captain Andy's out of Port Allen to see the Napali Coast. The crew, skipper, boat, food, drinks, and scenery were all amazing and we highly recommend this trip. We saw lots of whales during the trip and the skipper was great! This was a wonderful vacation and truly a great condo and location! Thank you, Mandy!

Location was amazing however our rental needs some serious help. The bed was good but the living room seating was dreadful- extremely hard and uncomfortable. Two outdoor lunge chairs would have been nicer than one. In unit laundry was great. White towels would have been better than bleach spotted grey ones. Local dining was good and path to the beach a great cardio workout

Pali Ke Kua 110 was a perfect place for us to spend a week and totally unwind. The view from the unit couldn't be beat, and it felt so private. We saw very few people walking in front of the condo and enjoyed our daily visits from the nene geese and Brazilian cardinals. We had everything we needed to cook our meals, which we did everyday. Honestly, it was hard to leave the condo because we were so relaxed and captivated by our view. Not to be overlooked, the bed was wonderful. We do love to walk and swim, however, so we did walk down the short path to Hideaways Beach as well as the Queen's Bath and to the St Regis. This particular location in Princeville suited us very well because of the accessibility to what we enjoy. We would not hesitate to come back here or recommend it to others. Thanks to Mandy and everyone else who helped make the trip easy and enjoyable from the booking to the checking out.

Our experience was great as usual. We have stayed in Unit 110 for many trips. It was nice to see the new remodel with the nice floors, pictures, appliances, and TV's. However, everything was changed, yet the refrigerator was the old one and the door didnt stick alot of the time. Hopefully that will get fixed. But as far as location, views, etc. it was awesome.

This was my first time staying at Pali Ke Kua. In previous recent visits, I stayed at various time-share facilities in Princeville. As a comparison, I would rate this unit the most favored of all my visits to Princeville. The Pali Ke Kua complex is more quiet compared to time-share units where I have stayed previously. Communication with Mandy, the property manager and booker, is prompt and courteous. The view of Hanalei Bay from the patio provides guests with a calming, peaceful feel at your doorstep. The pathway to the secluded beach is also remarkable. I am looking forward to returning here next year.

The north shore is magical, and the view from Pali Ke Kua is gorgeous. There was a rainbow over the ocean every morning and we will long remember the sunsets from Hideaways Beach.

The views, location, and condo were exactly as depicted. We had probably one of the best views in Princeville. Our place sat on a cliff overlooking the ocean, Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay. So beautiful. Very convenient and quiet with comfortable beds. Condo is a bit dated, but we were gone all day and didn't cook meals, so it really didn't matter. Priced right for the age of the property. Property manager, Mandy, was extremely responsive and considerate.

A suggestion is to update the patio furniture and add a lounge chair so guests can relax and enjoy the spectacular setting.

Pizza pub on the property was very convenient; great food, amazing variety and a wonderful, friendly wait staff.

We spent a lovely week in Unit 110 at Pali Ke Kua. After reading some reviews, we had a few concerns and contacted Mandy, the manager. She assured us that the previous traveler's concerns had been addressed and corrected. Upon our arrival we were very pleased to see that, as promised, everything was in great shape. Mandy even sacrificed her own hair dryer which was delivered by her husband early in the a.m. to replace the advertised dryer that had apparently checked out with a previous visitor. The location of the unit is ideally situated next to the paved footpath which leads directly to the private beach. The Pizza Hideaway is across the street and food was great. Foodland grocery store is very conveniently located near the entry to the resort area. The condo unit had Foodland loyalty cards on the kitchen counter with the extra keys. The unit was clean, well equipped and in a beautiful location. We spent most of our days on the north shore. Hanalei is a short drive away, Queens Bath is very close as is Anini Beach.

Our experience at Pali Ke Kua #110 was wonderful. The location is absolutely beautiful. The condo was very spacious and having a kitchen was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked, however having updated appliances would have made the kitchen more beautiful. Overall, my husband and I were very happy we stayed in Pali Ke Kua. A few minor improvements including better outdoor furniture, having salt/pepper, and cooking oil would have made our stay a bit easier. We enjoyed dinner at the Dolphin restaurant in Hanalei.

Overall a wonderful facility. Nice pool, super location, quite. what Hawaii should be. The beach in front of our condo, eventhough a trek down a steep path, was what you think of when you think of a Hawaiian beach. Very quite, extremely pretty, all of the flora and fauna you imagine when you think of Kaui. Lots of things to do, and so many great beaches. Snorkling was average but okay. Lots of turtles.

The condo was easy to find and in a great location. The view was amazing. It had convenient parking. It was relatively quiet. There was a private walkway to the beach, although very steep and long, the scenery was beautiful. It was close to Hanalei with several beaches there as well as providing the private beach and Hideaway beach right beside the private beach. There was no air-conditioning but it wasn't needed with the slats on both sides of the condo. The breeze would blow right through and keep it cool. We appreciated the availability of the washing machine. There were numerous restaurants around but only one within walking distance. There is a grocery store close. The community of Princeville is very quaint. We would love to come back to this area!

This rental is what you might expect if you want is a well located, quite, beautiful beyond words kind of place. Not too fancy but it suits being able to relax with an amazing view while you begin and end each day. Plenty of cookware to do your own cooking, BBQ down the path only. Lots of towels, the bed is super comfy. The only bad thing is if you happen to have neighbors in the unit directly above. We've stayed a few times and have had 2 quite neighbors (during most of the time) and one loud. And I don't believe it's the persons fault it's the way the units are designed. For example, if they flush the toilet you will hear it like a waterfall it's kind of loud, especially throughout the night. We do our best to block it all out, bring earplugs, the last folks were very respectful given these conditions so it all depends on who you get. But the unit, when quiet, is really amazing and wonderful. The sunsets are stunning. Lots of sites nearby. Definitely need a car.

We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, clean vacation
The only suggestion would be to replace the coffee machine, does not shut off on it's own, and larger TV would be a bonus. Could also use some new wine glasses, and add a cooler. After these additions the place would be perfect.
Enjoyed the local restaurants and the view from the deck and the road to the highway.

Our experience was very good. Awesome location and view. When I called property manager and said there was only one beach chair she came by the next day with 2 new ones! Bed was very comfortable, which is huge for me as so many rental beds are just cheap and hard. Had so much fun - rented mopeds from Kauai Mopeds, they delivered them to our condo, and it was a very special way to tour the north shore.

We had an amazing time! We loved unit 110. We have two little ones and the location and unit were perfect. The only thing missing was a rice cooker and onsite BBQs,would have received 5 stars if those two things were available.
There is a BBQ down at the beach, which we used when we were down there, but wasn't convenient for dinner grilling.
