This beautiful, spacious condo is in a quiet location next to the Makai Golf Course and close to two other golf courses, within walking distance from the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, beaches and snorkeling sites, and near the Princeville Golf Clubhouse. It is almost 1500 square feet, very open and recently redecorated, beautifully and comfortably furnished in the Hawaiian style. Emmalani Court is a smaller condo complex with 5 buildings, 44 total units. This unit is an end, upstairs unit in a building with 9 other units, giving it more privacy than some condos.
The condo is walking distance to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, shop’s, restaurants, and beach access.
Accommodation includes, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, blender, 12 cup coffee maker ,Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and beach umbrella, .a great place to stay!

  Emmalani Court location is great--very close to beach and cliffs overlook, beautiful golf course out the lanai and tons of space in the condo with the ability to turn into private living quarters for 2 couples.   My husband, myself, and my sister stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. We love the location and it was such a treat to see the many Nene (Hawaiian geese) daily on the golf course from our unit.
  
  Our only complaint would be that the unit could be updated somewhat. The drapes were ripped and the outdoor patio furniture was pretty worn. We couldn’t use one of the chairs because it was ripped. Also, the bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken so it couldn’t slide out. If we were staying longer than 5 nights we would have had it fixed. They also could have used some updated cook ware. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of towels. Would definitely rent this unit again.

  Great condo! Quiet neighborhood and well maintained condo complex. Unit had two very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and A/C units in bedrooms made for great sleeping conditions. Unit was very clean and had all amenities needed for six night stay. Kitchen was fully equipped which enabled us to enjoy majority of our meals at the unit. Loved walking out to the point to watch the sunsets - great views! Short drives to nearby shops, restaurants and beaches. Enjoyed using the community pool, it was heated.

  We loved our stay at this condo at Emmalani Court. The unit was clean, and it had all the amenities we needed.   Had a great stay! Host was very communicative of Covid guidelines in Hawaii and how to bypass quarantine by uploading vaccination. Check in was easy, the apartment was perfect for what we needed in Northern Kauai, very comfortable and spacious with a beautiful view of the golf course.   I originally started looking on Airbnb and Hotels for our vacation and somehow stumbled on this home by accident on a web search. It was the best thing to happen to us, we had such a memorable and amazing vacation on our trip to Kauai. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and lush. Far away from the hustle and bustle of tourist traps and chaos in the south. Amazing sunsets, walking distance to the beach (not sure why some people complain of lack beach access). It’s not for those looking to be a tourist, it’s a place to feel like a local in an upscale and quiet neighborhood. Spare yourself the search and book this place. Lori Patch (the property manager) is an absolute gem and helped answer any questions we had. We will always be coming back here.

  This 2 bdrm condo is very spacious. The beds are quite comfortable and the bedroom AC a lovely addition. The beach gear was very handy. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and could use to be replaced. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that had such a sparsely supplied kitchen. The addition of salt, pepper, oil would be a good start. Most villas allow some things to stay from previous tenants (like condiments) or keep a minimum supply themselves. To make this ok condo fabulous would require - new sofa, sand toys and maybe a few games or puzzles along with some kitchen staples.

  Such a roomy condo with air conditioning throughout (for the few days that we needed it). Lori was very helpful with all our questions leading up to our stay.
  
  To start each day, we headed to the pedestrian path for our morning walk along the golf course, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. At the end of each day, we loved sitting on the patio, relaxing with drinks. We were concerned about the sunny patio in the pictures, but by afternoon it was actually shaded by the house. We bought groceries from Foodland just down the street. Anini Beach was only a couple of miles away and with the beach chairs and coolers supplied in our condo, we were able to pack lunch for the day and set up in the shade along the beach. The town of Hanalei was only a few miles north—quaint with places to eat and shop. There was a great organic foods market there, too! When we needed to wash clothes, there was a washer/dryer unit right in the condo—so convenient!
  
  We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this comfortable, 2 bed 2 bath condo on the golf course. The only improvement we could see was the sliding door and screen from the living room were difficult to move. We ended up using the ones in the bedroom to get to the patio.

  Very well appointed rental. The televisions were hard to operate and we swapped out the bedroom HDMI cable . Once we did that the living room TV worked fine. . The bathrooms needed some plunging at times. Overall everything was there that one needs for a fabulous time in Kauai. Luggage scale was helpful at end of vacation. Loved everything. Will be back!

  The Good: Very spacious- seriously, VERY spacious! Bedrooms are split, baths are large. Awesome expansive windows facing NE so you have wonderful lighting and views of the golf course. Very clean, everything worked as noted. Master bed was semi firm (which I liked). Ensuite washer/dryer.
  
  The Bad: I arrived at night, it would have been helpful if the directions mentioned the building number. Only 3 beach towels, not enough. AC units in the bedrooms only. The unit in the living room does not work and they are not interested in fixing/replacing. I was there in Dec so I had the AC on in the guest bedroom and placed a standing fan in the doorway to cool the living room- which worked perfectly. However, I'm fairly certain, this wouldn't cool enough in the summer months.
  
  It was just me and my GF. We would definitely stay again in the winter months!

  Our stay in Emmalani 225 was just spectacular! The ocean view from the living room bay window and lanai were breathtaking...even better than the pictures on the website. The unit is very well cared for and wasn't lacking any amenities and even included beach chairs, etc. Although we didn't cook much on this trip, the kitchen was updated and well stocked. Although there were only two of us, it'a always nice to have the second bathroom and both bathrooms have been updated as well.. This is our second stay at Emmalani Court and we love that it is just a short walk out the door to the bluff for incredible Bali Hai sunsets, as well as close to the St. Regis Hotel and also the Princeville shopping center for groceries, restaurants, etc. We come to Princeville 1-2 times a year and we will definitely be returning to Emmalani Court. On a side note, Princeville Vacations was wonderful to work with!

  This condo is located on the 2nd floor along the 8th hole of the Makai Golf Course. There is a view of the ocean from the lanai. The master bedroom was very spacious with a walk in closet and very comfortable king bed. The second bedroom with queen bed was equally comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living area is huge featuring big windows overlooking the golf
  course. The kitchen was also spacious. There is a washer and dryer, beach chairs and coolers available for use. Covered parking is included.
  
  That said, there were a couple of issues with the condo. Two of the three AC units were not working. There were a few days we could have used them. Unfortunately, the AC company could not make it out for the entire 2 weeks we were there. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Apparently AC companies are extremely busy on Kauai. We would also suggest equipping the kitchen with more glasses and bowls. Also, the master bathroom shower needs to be updated. We used the second bathroom shower since it was better.
  
  Overall, a very nice property and good property management despite a couple of minor issues.

  Our condo was perfect! You can watch a Bali Hai sunset from the cliff end of the condo property. Princeville is beautiful, within walking distance to Hanalei Bay Resort and St Regis for another beautiful sunset view. Hideaways beach is also within walking distance if you're up for a hike. Next door is Hideaways Pizza with absolutely amazing pies. We loved Tiki Iniki at the Princeville center and Foodland was conveniently close. All in all, absolutely loved our stay at Emmalani Court.

  Honestly wouldn't have changed a thing. I feel the north shore of Kauai is incredibly beautiful and this gorgeous property made a wonderful home base. Clean, comfortable bedding, jet tub in master bath, and the owner has provided beach chairs, beach towels, noodles, a beach bag, and even fins! Very thoughtful throughout.   We love this condo because its reasonably priced and because you can walk to a few of the beaches, and it is central to the rest of the North Shore. My only complaint is the noise of the mowers on the golf course who come early every morning! Everything else is perfect.

  We were shocked when we entered this condo at how big it is and how nicely furnished it is. The pictures don't do it justice. You have a great view of the golf course with the ocean in the distance from the lanai and the window wall at the end of the living room. You can see more of the ocean than it shows in the picture. Very clean, though jet tub in master bath is showing its age. Kitchen was well stocked. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet of the front bedroom, along with a bucket and sand toys and other beach items. There were beach towels in the bathroom. The washer and dryer worked great. Dishwasher too. Wifi was fast and reliable. TVs worked fine. Grocery store not far away. The drive into this area is lovely along the golf course.
  
  Best of all, you are within walking distance of Hideaways Beach. From the parking lot, walk to the right about 1/4 mile and just before you get to the St. Regis Hotel there is a parking lot on the right side of the road that has a sign for beach parking. Just before that parking lot is a fence with a narrow path. Easy to miss the path. That path leads to the beach. It is straight and flat to start, but then you hit some worn stairs that turn into a pretty steep descent that is manageable by holding onto ropes that have been tied together. It looks like people just keep tying them together as they deteriorate and you have to use your own judgment on whether you can handle the descent or the ropes will still hold.
  
  We also walked down to the beach at St. Regis, which is accessible by very well maintained, paved and lit steps on the left side of the road before you get to the St. Regis hotel and just past the guard/parking hut in the middle of the road.

I had asked about it before we arrived and when we spoke to one of your agents she wasn't sure if there was one. We walked around the property trying to find a common area that might have them but only saw individual units with them on the balconies.

  Loved this condo. We stayed in Princeville for a couple of days before a family reunion in Poipu. The condo is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are roomy and the kitchen is remodeled and well equipped. Air conditioning was great to have during our stay as it was unusually humid. The pictures are very accurate but it's even better in person.
  
  The location is close to Princeville shopping center, Hanalei and Makai golf course clubhouse. it's also a great location for exploring north shore beaches and sights.
  
  Booking was easy and the property manager was friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again when in Princeville. Great condo and great location.

  We loved our stay at the Emmalani 225. The unit was very spacious for our family of 5. A pack n play was provided for our baby plus other goodies not listed like a high chair, beach umbrella, beach matts, toys and 2 coolers. The living room was large with tons of seating for movie night. The view is actually better then you see in the pic, nice ocean view from Living room and lanai. Location was great-Princeville, block from queens bath, 2 min from grocery store, 7 min from Hanalei. Perfect location and size. Will definitely return.

  225 Emmalani Court is the best condo we have ever rented. It is beautifully furnished and is a great location at a very reasonable price. The air conditioning is wonderful after a hot day at the beach. The pool/barbeque common area is really nice. The only small negative is the difficulty operating the television and the multiple remote controls and incorrect instruction which is important when you have a 7 year old.

  We were fortunate enough to get this property somewhat at the last minute after a change to our travel plans. The management company was great in this regard and Lori was super helpful the entire time. Big plus. The condo is very well appointed with nice furniture and good televisions, cable and strong internet. It is clean. The kitchen has plenty of things for people who like to cook versus go out for every meal. There were a good amount of chairs and beach towels. A boogie board to use. Beach toys. The pool is very nice, it has recently been redone. The grills are good, strong, and if you wanted to have a bbq at the pool, that is available to do. They even have a little give one - get one library in the clubhouse.
  
  Overall, we really had a good time here because we could relax. It is not palacial, the bathroom could probably use a new shower head - but that's minor in my opinion, this condo is nice, clean, and you can feel at home here. Highly recommend.

  Our 7-day long stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The unit was spotless. The online presentation is truthful. We could spot whales in the distance from the 8-hole tee across the unit (better if you happen to have binoculars). Need a car to experience Kauai and happily parking spots are plenty and free at Emmalani Court. Closest sand beach at Regis resort or a 15-min ride to Hanalei Bay. Plenty of good dinner choices around, from the luxurious Regis Resort within walking distance to the everyday treats at Kapa'a or Hanalei Bay. All in all the stay at Emmalani Court was a good value for the money.

  We had a great stay here. It was our first family vacation with our 7month old. We were able to let her have a room all to herself and were so glad the curtains were thick and heavy to block out the light for her to sleep. It was also nice that it was far enough from the kitchen and living room so sounds didn't wake her. There was also a portable crib, although not in the best shape, a travel highchair, and beach items.
  
  Everything was very clean and comfortable with nice open windows to the golf course. The St. Regis is also just .5miles down the street which unexpected turned out to be a nice perk for us to take walks to and have a drink with our baby, especially during rainy weather.
  
  Management was great to work with and we met some friendly neighbors.

  We were so happy with this property and it's location. This condo is located on the second floor and is beautifully furnished with all the things you need enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of utensils and small appliances and dishware and glassware. There are 3 nice beach chairs that you can carry on your back like a backpack, a basket full of beach toys for kids, some snorkeling gear, a small beach umbrella and 6 beach towels. The washer and dryer were so handy and they even provided laundry detergent tabs for laundry. There were plenty of hangers in the closets to utilize as well. Bathroom towels were also plentiful! Both bedrooms and the living room have their own individual air conditioning units and are easily controlled by a remote. Two nice flat screen televisions are in the condo and even a hair dryer in each of the bathrooms. There are two small ice chests to use on your trips to the various beaches. Ice maker was quick to produce ice also. The view of the golf course and partial ocean view from the living room and master bedroom were beautiful! The only thing that we saw was the bathroom tub in the master is a little outdated but it is FULLY functional in every way.. just needs a little updating.
  We will be booking this condo again and again. It's nice, don't hesitate for a second to book. You won't be disappointed. A side note, we had difficulty finding the welcome manual that included wifi and tv instructions. Look for a white binder, it was actually hidden under some books in a basket in the living room. That binder has everything you need to know about Kauai and the condo.

  Since it was raining heavily the first few days we were there, we spent a lot of time indoors with our two college-aged sons. The condo was very spacious and comfortable.
